Campos Law Group is by far the best! The entire staff worked tirelessly on my behalf to make sure I was getting proper treatment by great doctors to get me back to where I was before the accident. Their communication was excellent and always responded as soon as possible. Thanks again for all of your hard work. I sincerely appreciate everything.

It is important to exercise caution when considering services from this law firm. Initially, they provided encouraging information and advice that aligned with my expectations. However, as I proceeded with my chiropractic appointments, communication from them significantly dwindled over a period of 7 to 8 months. I received a settlement offer of $3,000 for both my wife and myself, and when I inquired about pursuing a second offer, I was informed that this was the only and final amount due to the nature of my injuries. Additionally, I was made aware that the details in their records limited potential compensation. Despite reaching out for follow-up, I have not received any responses. I relayed my concerns regarding missed work time due to appointments, and although I was provided with a form to document this for potential review, I was advised that it would likely not affect the settlement. I have more observations I plan to share once my experience with this law firm concludes. For now, I recommend proceeding with caution and being mindful of their communication practices.

Very unprofessional all of them are rude and ghetto. No class. . Don’t communicate and force you to take an offer you’re not happy with. Would not recommend.

Mr Bonilla was barely involved in our case, and his team was disorganized and unhelpful. It was not a good experience.

Alonzo Campos harassed me for a month and gave my confidential file to an opposing party. He had his staff repeatedly call me and ask me if I felt safe and and after weeks of promises to call me and handle it, he made me feel even more unsafe. If I could give negative stars, I would.

By far the worst lawyer we’ve ever spoken with. He was rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in answering our questions. We definitely do not look forward to working with him again. His lack of knowledge and dismissive attitude left us feeling frustrated and confused. If you’ve had a car accident and need a lawyer, we recommend looking elsewhere. This is certainly not the best lawyer in Austin.
