I had what most would consider; the divorce for "HECK". Many atty changes on the other side, massive delays etc. Actually got divorced twice. (Long story) He stuck in there with me the entire time until the very end!!!

I am from another state and he was able to handle my situation without me leaving. Very professional, reasonable and would use again. Worth the time and effort.

If you are in the middle of your attorney search, don't go any further. Eric Willie is the "best" attorney money can buy. Eric is a seasoned professional and he looks out for you....his client. Eric is aggressive when has to be and he won't stop until he gets you the very best outcome he possibly can. When I found Eric I had dropped a previous attorney. I'm so glad I did because if I hadn't, I would not have received the outcome I did today. Remember.....not all attorney's are capable of fighting for you. Eric and his staff was the best. I was initially concerned because I knew my case was not big and complicated as some case an attorney of his stature would handle. But Eric made me feel comfortable and that he would take care of my case as if it were a million dollar case. Eric is very personable and responsive. I went through a difficult divorce. I have always been an involved Father, so it was very hard when initial temporary orders said I could only see my youngest child 48 hours a month due to his age. I was told by multiple people & 'professionals' that I would get no better than 4 overnights a month because that's what standard visitation is, and that's what Dads typically get. Now that the process is over, I am now one day away from 50/50. Typical orders say non-custodial parents get only 48 hours a month until age 3, and then another increase at age 5. I have had almost 50/50 since my youngest was 2 by the time this was settled. I also have been able to maintain joint decision-making throughout the process. Eric picks up his phone, and responds. I called his office on a Saturday night when I needed an attorney ASAP. He called me the next morning and set things up. Eric was able to get temporary orders enforced and get my time with my kids back on track when temporary orders were not followed (after not seeing my kids for several weeks). Divorce is hard, a contested divorce involving children is harder. Eric was calm and steady throughout the process.

Eric Willie and Heather Cantu are an amazing team. Eric has been extremely helpful during the court/paperwork process. I didn't feel like I had to worry about anything. You need to know exactly how much you helped my girls and I. To this day, their wishes have been honored. You protected my kids when the odds were zero. The court system is very ridged and considers children property. You gave my kids a voice. They are who they are because of you and your staff. Please read this and let them know your work really does matter. Family law may be the hardest and easiest to get jaded by.
