Highly dependable and take control team. From the moment I contacted Eric the pressure of my divorce was lifted. I started my divorce process myself thinking it would be non-contested and got blindsided. I contacted Eric and he took it from there. From our first meeting when he let me know that he would handle everything and not to worry, I was a happier individual. I highly recommend Eric Willie to anyone that ask, one awesome lawyer and team.

Eric Willie and his staff are nice, courteous, and made me feel everything would be ok in my case. It was a slam dunk and didn't seem like much work needed to be done. My case was for hundreds of thousands of $ of inheritance that was stolen by relatives in my youth. There were also land royalties involved. Mr. Willie was not aggressive enough at all. He showed up so late to court that I had to represent myself in front of the entire court, I was berated by the judge in front of the entire courtroom. It was humiliating. My witnesses drove several hours to be there and could not even be called because I had no representation. After everything was done, Mr. Willie showed up in his fancy corvette. It was such a disaster! In the end I got less than $10k of what should have been $300k + I didn't get any of the land my money paid for as a child and none of the assets. I did not receive any sentimental items which Eric assured me would happen. In the end, Eric may be good as long as a fight is not required and the work doesn't get very difficult. If your case needs confrontation or an attorney with balls, then I cannot recommend Eric Willie as an attorney. If you are looking to pay for a guy that is nice, cool, and maybe a happy hour friend, then Eric Willie is perfect for you.

He knew exactly what we needed to do to get custody of my son. It was a very long and trying battle but the entire time I was kept well informed and assured we were doing everything right. I’m really forever grateful to Eric M. Willie and The Law Office Of Willie & Dasher for literally putting my life back on course. Eric took over my divorce case after it had stalled out with my previous lawyer. Prior to meeting Eric, I was having conflict and confidence issues with my then legal representation. I was in a state of not feeling well represented and even somewhat blindsided on several issues. So when I first went to Eric for help, I was confused and emotional, and felt “stuck”. But after meeting with Mr. Willie for the first time, I found him to be extremely reassuring and I got a strong sense that his dedication and legal experience would see me through. He understood my concerns right away and immediately started to handle my case respectfully and constructively. His knowledge of the legal details was such a comfort to me. I found that he was willing to do far more work to protect me than I had anticipated. He clarified many legal issues and answered all my questions clearly and skillfully, and really just gave me the confidence and ability to move forward. Although he signed up to finish my case from the point at which I took it to him, in reality he did far more than that by taking control, starting from scratch on the writing of my divorce decree, and preparing all that was necessary to present before the judge. This was an immense workload for him but he did it very professionally and ungrudgingly. I’m not sure how many lawyers would have been kind enough to pick up a case that was already not going well with another lawyer, put the effort into correcting several issues, even start over on key items, and finish it out, and to do it all confidently, efficiently, and affordably. With all that Eric Willie took care of on my behalf, my time in front of the judge was actually very short and the judge had no questions, which was sure testimony to his preparedness and his attention to detail. From the time I met him through to the end, I was extremely satisfied with my experience working with Eric Willie. And absolutely, in hindsight, I wish that I had started with him from the onset. Eric Willie and his staff are amazing. We have been involved in a 3+year custody battle for a child that we attempted to adopt. The father contested the adoption and we were awarded temp joint conservator. We stayed that way for 3+ years until 2 weeks ago. We had a jury trial upon dad's request and after a hard 3 days we were awarded sole managing conservator. During those 3 days Eric remained calm he was organized, and professional. Eric was very honest the entire way through. Anytime we called the office he and his staff was always very nice and honest. They helped us remain calm throughout the entire process.
