I am a repeat client of Eric's and will continue to seek his services for any future legal issues that come up. The first time I used Eric, I was a young father of three getting ready to file for a divorce. I was scared, nervous, unaware of what to expect, worried about finances, housing arrangements and the list goes on. Eric and his staff were always available! I felt well represented and comfortable going into mediation. This was a marathon mediation, starting early in the day running into evening hours, but he got it done. We were up a against another well known attorney but in the end there wasn't one thing we wanted that we didn't get. A++ More recently (today actually) I was in court with Eric. I wanted him to represent me in a case I had with the attorney generals office. The process was silky smooth. I didn't have one document in my hand when I showed up to court. Eric had all the material and was well prepared, consulted with me prior to speaking with the judge, and the case settled with us getting everything we were seeking. I hope all my legal matters are resolved the way things unfolded today. Happy repeat Client! A++

Mr. Willie is very thorough and a good listener. His firm gives you a sense of trust and care. His paralegal is always available and when Mr. Willie is busy at court, she will listen and convey the message to him.

Eric Willie is a "ONE HIT WONDER!" Unfortunately, I'm having to edit my previous review, which I've attached below because there are some untruths that I'd written in it that need to be corrected. It appears that since the initial dust from my divorce has settled, Eric took my money, which included an additional $1500 on top of the $5000 I paid that was to be a flat fee for ALL ISSUES related to my case and was not, and high tailed it without warning! There is still an issue lingering surrounding our family residence and we were to address that issue after a six month time period after the divorce was signed by the judge. Well, that six months is up and I have heard NOTHING from Eric or anyone from his office. I also received no communication that Mr. Willie is no longer representing me, so if you ask me if I have an attorney, that I really can't answer. I do know though and can prove with my communication efforts that he has not "finished what was started" and is making no attempts to contact me. I feel as though I was baited in to hire him because he assured me that he could clean up what a previous attorney messed up, which he did, but after being asked to appear again and charged the additional funds by Eric, then the time period for which we were to address the house being sold and not hearing from Mr. Willie (even with me offering to shell out more money, even though I was to only pay a flat fee surrounding my divorce) I have to recant my initial comment. Mr. Willie is a good attorney, initially and for short cases, but if you have something that might require him to actually WORK beyond a couple times in court, this is where he fails, in my opinion! After getting every cent Eric asked for and giving him such rave reviews, upon HIS request, I would think he would have had the decency to finish the case he started... instead, I got a "one hit wonder," out of Eric Willie... Get your pocket books ready, but be prepared to pay someone else to finish Eric's job.INITIAL POST READ: Eric Willie is a PHENOMENAL attorney, I highly recommend him for any Family law issues! After being poorly represented by my previous attorney and losing pretty much everything except for my children, Mr. Willie swooped in and cleaned up a mess! He didn't get everything I'd sought, but 90% ain't bad... and he's STILL fighting for the other 10%!!! He is so calm and cool during our consultations, but ready and WELL prepared in the court room... he didn't miss a beat!!! His staff is just as GREAT, they were helpful each and every time I called or stopped by, one even going above and beyond her call of duty. The entire crew is AMAZING! I can't thank him enough for what he has done and is continuing to do for me and my children. Stop searching around for an attorney, this is your SURE SHOT!!!

Eric was the first attorney who had offered any ray of hope to the situation that I was in. My ex wife and I had originally gone the "cheap" route and did all the paperwork ourselves and had our divorce decree basically rubber stamped. I did not know that the decree was messed up in every possible way and of course I was the one with the short end of the stick and not my ex. I went to attorney after high priced attorney seeking help and guidance and one by one they told me I was out of luck with no viable options. Eric told me right away he could help and laid out a clear plan at a very reasonable price on how to do that. The best part is, it was all true and not some pie in the sky prayer of a chance. I walked into his office on the verge of my world falling apart and he corrected that situation and was the only one even willing to try. I really cannot describe how happy I am that I went with Eric and I highly, highly recommend him to anyone. He is personable and will not make you feel like just another client. Ethical and down to earth. Call him. You definitely won't regret it!
