Andrew favorably resolved a considerable debt of an HOA that I did not know, the administrators of this HOA are very difficult but Andrew knew how to negotiate quite well based on the laws and achieved a good reduction of my debt and with payment plans. Andrew works via e-mail in a very practical way with reasonable prices, I highly recommend him.

Andrew was obtained through my legal insurance. I was done wrong by a contractor and we filed against that person and business. Andrew discussed, handled my case from beginning to end. I travel a lot for my job and he gave me no issues with time frames or having to meet him for anything. Still haven't met face to face..... Everything was handled pretty much via mail, email and phone calls. The only concern that I have has to do with my individual case. I truly believe that Andrew is a good lawyer knows what he's doing. I just wish would have given me a little more individualized time maybe is how you you could say it. Or maybe make/made me feel like he was in it for me and Not just the check from my insurance. I don't want to be too harsh. In the end he got done what I needed.

I hired Mr. Bernick at the suggestion of a friend. Hiring Mr. Bernick was a good decision. He quickly assessed my issues and provided me with suggestions that made the sale of my property go to completion even though the other party's attorney was causing issues. Mr. Bernick was always detailed in his explanations and available for consultation in person, by phone and by email. He prepared documentation for me that was concise and effective. He guided me through issues that could have been financially detrimental.
