A shame.

This place is a joke and horrible service.

Very few agents have been of any help, I've been fighting for 2 months to have withholding actually taken care of, and virtually had to set it up with my employer on my own. Then after payments FIMALLY come out, I get a threatening email saying I'm not paying and could be placed under arrest. Absolute waste of time ever dealing with this incompetent office. I never liked Abbott but at least under him everything was virtually workable.

Criminal cover ups of people in other government agencies, and facilities subject to the OPEN Records laws. Deliberately ignoring TEXAS LAW and deliberately misquoting TEXAS LAW. These people are criminals.

Called several numbers in this department and apparently nobody that works here knows any information about any meetings going on in the building that they work in so nobody can tell whether or not something is public so somebody must potentially waste gas going to a meeting that they may or may not be able to go into because nobody can say yes or no and give a clear answer thanks government

Screw The Attorney General with an Iron Rod! Don’t be a father who’s owed child support cause your not getting what’s owed to your child! 7+ years of back pay owed and these pathetic SOB’s denied me a review because I pay the necessary amount! Well duh, I’m a hard working father caring for my youngest and she gets nothing! My oldest however, the state takes my money with no problem and zero repercussions for the mother who doesn’t pay squat! Talk about a corrupt system! I’m all for PARENTS who handle there business, now for mothers and fathers who don’t; well what I’ve written should be pretty straight forward! To hell with Child Support!

Amanda Cruz was my case manager and was good about returning my calls. Despite the holidays (I submitted in Dec) they had me reimbursed by early Feb. My only complaint is who ever the other lady that answers the phone and/or assists Ms. Cruz. Like everyone says, she's very non-chanlant, dry and not helpful. Its like she doesn't see anything on her screen so thats it. Pls be mindful that some are coming out of domestic violence so compassion goes a long way and it costs nothing. Under the supervision of Linda Walker, please tell Sandra she is what Customer Service is all about. She made me feel better, of course , also after Amanda called and said my check was in the mail..:0)
