I highly recommend Ramos James Law Firm. I first contacted them after snowmageddon 2021 when I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist at a hotel. Many of the attorneys I contacted, did not handle slip and falls. Ramos and James took my case and sent me a contract to sign through my email. The entire process was completed with me living in another state. My attorney was friendly and professional and prepared me very well before depositions and mediations until I could confidently face the opposing attorney. He was kind and empathetic. The law firm sent me text messages and emails to communicate questions and keep me up to date on the proceedings. The best part about them is that even though it was a somewhat difficult case, from the very beginning, they were able to get me a settlement that went a long way towards making me feel better about the time I lost from work and my family while recovering from my injury. Around April of last year, I was involved in a very traumatic car accident. After getting no where on my own, I searched for a personal injury attorney. I started working with a firm that unfortunately mishandled my case and did not help me. This led me to finding Ramos James Law (so thankful I found them). Ramos James Law helped me get the care I needed to recover and offered me support along the way. They did an amazing job handling my case, throughly answered my questions, and had my settlement finalized within a year of my accident. I am writing this ,, respectfully to Ramos and James counsel my lack of trust stems from the attorneys deviation from the successful strategy employed by their previous council b based on his demonstration ability to navigate legal complexities and effectively advocate on my behalf the deviation from from prior council couple with the attorney's apparent unfamiliar with key case details has enrolled my confidence and and their current representation inadequate preparation despite repeated inquiries the current attorney has displayed a concerning lack of families Terry with critical aspects of the case including timelines and key facts this lack of preparation raises serious doubts about returning ability to effectively represent in my best interest at trial it's essential that to be represented by council who is fully prepared to vigorously advocate on your behalf

I recommend Ramos James Law because they are the best. I was involved in an accident 2 years ago in which someone rare ended me. I spoke to other firms but they were nothing like this law firm. Ramos James Law were kind, patient and they knew what I needed. They showed up for me and got me the justice that I deserved. The staff at Ramos James Law are amazing. They were so kind and informative and always quick to respond to answer any questions.
