Honestly I’m not sure what my review should be. I had several issues with the way my case was handled. However, in the end, the owner of the firm contacted me to resolve these issues and I did receive an apology from the lawyer whom I felt did not listen to me. Having never used a lawyer before, I chose Ramos James based on the strength of their reviews and because I wanted to give my business to a woman owned firm. I respect Ramos James, the owner of this firm, and I appreciate that she took the time to listen to me and work to make things right. I wish there hadn’t been a need for her to do that though.

Id highly recommend the Ramos James Law, PLLC to anyone who needs help with representation for an injury. They made me feel comfortable and updated me on my case constantly so I didnt feel like I was out of the loop. Very professional and friendly. They helped me when it seems like it was too late to get help, and in the end we won the case! They help those in need and Im blessed to say Im one of those people.

Laura and her team went above and beyond to provide excellent legal support to me after I was hit by a drunk driver.
