Unprofessional and unresponsive behavior
“This lawyer is VERY rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He charges me for the mistakes that HE makes; and then they're not even correct- like misspelling my name and takes MONTHS to respond to an email and then only writes one sentence and charges me $100 when he didn't even address my concerns.”
