I hired Christian Smith from Brandon Bledsoe Law office to work a prenuptial agreement for my marriage. When I first consulted with Christian she was very easy to talk to and completely understood what I was looking for and what wanted to protect. She was very easy to work with, she was very responsive to all my calls and emails, anytime I had a question about a process or what was the next step in the negation process she was the most helpful person to talk to during the whole process. I felt a lot more confident with her representing me and my interest and when I walked out of the negations with Christian as my guide this process, I felt so my better! She is an absolute rock star! I would definitely work with her again in the future and to anyone else that is looking for a strong lawyer to represent you.

I was in the midst of an intense custody battle. I needed someone who was willing to fight for me through the end. Brandon was there for me in every way imaginable. He not only listened to me but he did so in a nonjudgmental manner. Inside the court room Brandon was prepared, quick witted, professional, and passionate. I would definitely recommend Brandon to my friends, family, and anyone in need of representation.

Worst experience ever, I lost everything, I was better off without their help.

I approached The Bledsoe Firm in late May of 2017 with a particularly complicated case involving CPS with the goal of being awarded custody of all five of my children. I was living out of state in New Mexico and needed a team in Austin that I could count on to tackle and achieve this enormous task. From the onset, this proccess seemed daunting and at times, not likely achievable being that the traditional thinking is that the mother holds much greater probability of success as far as custody is concerned. It didn't help matters that the mother held custody at the time and had for five years preceeding this case being opened. One of the children had never been legally adopted but lived with us from infancy and was raised as a sibling. this resulted in fighting to have her added to this case. To make matters more complicated, we experienced several obstacles with CPS including but not limited to false reports of final findings of investigations to all attorneys involved including the attorney Ad litem, blatant inadequacies, and dereliction of certain investigator's duties. The result was that several glaring and harmful conditions and occurences were never presented to the presiding judge with substantiating evidence to support them. Through all this, this team stood by me, never relented and achieved something that I, nor anyone I know has ever heard of. I was just recently awarded sole custody and primary managing conservitorship of all five children. Keep in mind that this was done while living out of state. I cannot express with words the gratitude I feel for or, the level of confidence that I have in this team. Aaron, the firm's Paralegal displayed genuine concern with issues that required real time and immediate action or changes to the case as well as a personal sense of urgency and understanding. His efforts had a direct influence on this teams success. Brandon navigated this case through seemingly impossible waters for quite some time. During this time, his knowledge, professionalism and dedication were the cornerstones that this entire case stood on. Christian, the newest member of the team decided to get involved and eventually, represented me for a good portion of this fight exclusively. Her strategy, knowledge and quick thinking in the courtroom carried all of these efforts accross the finish line for an absolutely amazing win. This team fought for my Children, they fought the good fight for the right reasons. They faced incredible obstacles at times and overcame. I feel personally indebted to everybody at Brandon Bledsoe law. My children are safe, loved and doing well. I could have chosen any firm, I can't imagine many can claim an accomplishment of this scale. If you're looking for representation in regards to doing what is right for your children, I would highly recommend this team.

Brandon took my case at a very sensitive time. He handled every thing with honesty and integrity. If you are looking for an attorney that is ethical and knows how to properly approach a family conflict, in Travis County court system, he is your attorney. He and his staff listen to the client's concerns and develops a plan of attack that is in your families best interest. He and his staff have a fantastic level of communication. Nothing gets missed nor over looked. Rates are more then reasonable for Travis County. In family court you don't need luck, you need Brandon.

Brandon is an amazing attorney! As soon as I retained Brandon he jumped into my case full throttle since he knew he was getting into a high conflict case in which my little one's father loved fighting. Even our court appointed Guardian Ad Litem said "this case is very contentious and vexing." Brandon had to be on his toes constantly and had to defend me against several false accusations. He is quick witted, strategic, organized, easy to work with, reachable and honest. His biggest attribute, he is trustworthy! I can count on him to do the right thing to get the best results rather than taking the easy way out. Brandon is also great at litigating. He has represented me in several court hearings including a three day final custody hearing. He was on top of tearing apart and disproving the other side's arguments. He was the most prepared out of everyone in the courtroom. Brandon won every court hearing we've been to and he got me more than what I asked for in our final custody hearing. Also a big kudos to Aaron Shafer -- he is an amazing paralegal! I love the fact that Aaron is great at communicating, coordinating and problem solving (without giving legal advice). He's quite knowledgeable about how to obtain information needed for my case. I can't thank these guys enough for their hard work and dedication. If they can handle my case without losing their heads and coming out on top they can handle anything. Thank you Brandon and Aaron!

Be very careful, your proprietary information might not be safe with Brandon Bledsoe – he has been known to send details/motions/etc. about one case to random other people/attorneys who are absolutely not involved in your case. .... a quick comment to Brandon's response - specific names of other clients and actions on their cases where emailed to me.... be careful

Reliability, integrity, responsiveness, reasonable rates, and endurance as well as unshakeable command of presence in the court room; Brandon Bledsoe has all of these and more. Moreover, he practices good delegation in procedure, and has a knowledgable and experienced paralegal. When I found Brandon Bledsoe in 2013 and was recommended by employees at the Texas Senate where I used to work, I was facing a huge array of obstacles; two very young children with a chronic life long autoimmune condition who require intensive management as well as a nonstop array of obstacles, delays and stall tactics used by the opposing party. Brandon and his paralegal Aaron pulled us through all the way to the writing and signing of the final orders 2 years later. Most would have folded. He did not. His staff did not. He saw it through . You can tell a lot about a lawyer if you get an idea how they treat their paralegal and staff. Unlike many lawyers, he does not have a constant turnover of paralegals which is a *huge* pain that I experienced with other lawyers and which can severaly impact your case. The consistency and loyalty of his staff is , in my opinion, both due to Brandon's ability to read character --which is supremely important in court and practice and which I noticed him doing aptly in the courtroom for my case--- as well as treating people with dignity and respect . The dignity and respect he gives you in the process is something most lawyers do *not* do , and you very well may not get from the rest of the legal system in Texas . It is so worth it to have a calm and experienced lawyer who will proceed forward in situations that is already trying and often traumatic enough on its own. When you are facing the inevitably intimidating and uncertain terrain of family law,you need a lawyer who knows it well and will practice follow-through. When Brandon is faced with an obstacle in your procedures, he does not fold or falter, but will get you through a very difficult process with results that favor you and your family. For two years in very difficult times, and even when the other party fled the state, disappeared and refused to give his address, Brandon followed through, worked with the OAG and stayed til the very end. In the end, I got what was best for both of my children ,and closure. That is what you want. A lawyer who will walk with you through the hells and valleys of the legal system ---child custody, divorce and all the unpleasantness of family law that can arise both from your ex, other parties..as well as the structure of the legal system as well--not hold your hand, not be your shrink, but be there knowing the map and the territory and to continue to proceed when others will cower and throw the towel in. My colleagues at the Texas Senate were very right to recommend him for all of these things and to get the job done with the best results. I highly recommend Brandon Bledsoe and his staff for skill, experience, reasonable rates and character.

Ok. I was in an Ugly marriage it was ugly. I didn't have an Attorney & was scared & skeptical. A friend gave me Brandon's name. I did not have money & Brandon knew this yet he worked just as hard for me. I simply cannot thank Brandon enough for all he did for me, you just don't know--he was there for me. He made sure I was well taken care of in the divorce & it was over quickly. I can't say enough about this man. I believe Brandon went over & beyond--I sure didn't expect it & he didn't ask for more money when it was over as most Attorney's would. He is very caring & made me feel very comfortable & at ease. He's intelligent & on top of things even when I thought he wasen't.
