Christian Smith and Ashley Kunz, two of the lawyers at the office of Brandon Bledsoe, were absolutely amazing and helped me to be able to see my daughter again. Ms. Smith mediated a visitation agreement for me and I ended up getting almost everything I was looking to have happen done in the negotiation. Christian has been great about getting back to me with my questions about the agreement. I highly recommend this office and these lawyers. As a father, knowing that Christian and Ashley will fight for my rights has made such a positive change in my life and all I can say is that this was money well spent. Do yourself a favor, if you need legal help with a family matter, these lawyers will go to bat for you, 100%.

I wouldn’t even rate her a one. She over charges and she’s an awful family attorney, I would not recommend her if you’re trying to fight for you child because you will get screwed over with custody and end up losing your kid if she represents you! She does not care about you, she does not care about your case. Im warning you she’s only out to get money from you. She charged me 10,000 when a 2,000 could’ve won me my child and instead I went with Christian and lost custody of my kid. We were in mediation at one point and she just settled for anything at the end because she didn’t want to miss dinner with her wife! Do not hire her, I’m telling you! You will waste your money, time and lose everything you have and she bribes you to make good reviews for her!!

Christian is a great attorney she represented me in a child custody/divorce case.  She always kept me up to date on my case.  She spent hours preparing for trial and preparing me for trial.  Christian kept my best interest in mind throughout the whole process.  My military retirement was at stake and Christian fought hard for me to keep all of it.  Christian is very knowledge in child custody/divorce laws.  I am extremely happy to have had Christian as my attorney in this case.  Anyone that needs an attorney for child custody or divorce I highly recommend Christian Smith.

I went into a divorce thinking it would be simple however it was quite complicated and I could not have done it without them. I truly recommend them to anyone.

I am so happy I went with Christian Smith to represent me during my divorce. Anyone who has been through divorce knows it is one of the most stressful life events anyone can go through. Christian made the process as smooth and quick as possible. She is very easy to communicate with and always responsive in a timely manner. Brandon went above and beyond all our needs we began James divorce on our own and it was harder that we could handle because the judge didn't want to hear our side of all the parental alienation the respondent was doing even tho we had a binder full of evidence. We had low income and worked really hard to come up with a retainer to hire a lawyer. We called around and Brandon said come in show me what you have! When other lawyers told us you can do a free consultation over the phone or you can come in and pay 200. When Brandon saw our organized file and heard our story he had no doubt in his mind we were struggling with getting the evidence in to the court but that we had done our legwork to the best of our abilities and the hard effort we had put into it. Brandon was kind enough to accept what we had saved up for the retainer and work with us financially throughout the divorce. What other lawyers told us would be almost impossible to do, Brandon accomplished. He was able to get James primary custody of the children and move them from California back to Texas! Most judges won't move children from one school to another in the middle of a school year but thanks to Brandon and our evidence we were able to prove that moving the children would be in the children's best interest. The respondent party kept throwing wrenches into the divorce making it an extremely stressful and difficult divorce straining our patience and our wallet. Brandon and Christian his assistant kept us focused on the end goal. Which was keeping primary custody of the children and getting divorced. The respondent put up a good fight with lies and accusations that can really affect a person and Brandon knew how to discredit her. Christian was great at assisting and keeping up with us on emails, questions, and phone calls. I would recommend the law office of Brandon Bledsoe to anyone and everyone! The Divorce has been finalized and James has primary custody! The goal was accomplished and they were great! Thank you so much!
