If your looking for a lawyer who is quick and aggressive, he is your guy! I highly recommend him. I found him to be not only genuine, but quick and effective.

My divorce was very sudden, and a very bad situation. It was very hard emotionally. Whenever I felt lost or feeling like nothing was going right Chris would bring me back. He always had my back and did his best to make sure that I was dealt with fairly and not getting a raw deal. If Chris was a doctor I'd say he has great bedside manner. He's very good at breaking things down and explaining things.

Chris was not my original lawyer but took on the case mid-way through, which I'm sure is not an easy task for any attorney. He did his homework and was well prepared to move forward to achieve results as quickly and as painlessly as possible. He was considerate in his approach to utilize his time and my time & money as rationally as possible. The things that I most appreciated about Chris were his no-nonsense and straightforward manner with me. He was kind but helped me make good decisions that were out of my emotional and logical thought processes due to the nature of the case. He also has a great sense of humor throughout which I desperately needed. Sometimes things happen for a reason and Chris ending up with my case was just that. I needed an attorney like Chris and will work with him if the need should ever arise again. I highly recommend Mr. Philley.

I could not imagine going through my divorce without Chris and his team. It is such a complicated and scary process, but it all went smoothly (as much as it could). He was always available when you needed to contact him and he definitely had my best interests at hand. It seems some lawyers will string you along to make more money, but Chris knew how important it was to me to protect myself and my daughter. Going through a custody battle is not easy nor fun.
