Matthew gave me great advice and truly cared for my business. He's a great communicator who can simplify complex legal problems. He helped me to quickly set up legal documents for sharing equity with my employees. He works fast, is super responsive, and answers any extra questions in no time. I feel that I found the lawyer that will help me for all my future ventures, and will recommend him to my network of Saas entrepreneurs.

Matt has been such a huge help for our company. We were on a tight timeline and had to incorporate within one month in order to receive investor funding for our seed round. I talked to several other lawyers and law firms who quoted us crazy fees ranging from $5,000 - $15,000. Matt came in and was able to walk us through exactly what we needed to do so that it didn't feel overwhelming and made sense. His quote was incredibly reasonable and he was able to explain to us what we could do ourselves and the areas where we should rely on his expertise. In all of my engagements with lawyers, this is the first time I felt that a lawyer really had our best interest at heart and went above and beyond to ensure that we understood what we were doing and what we were paying for. Professionalism, class, and very skilled in his profession is the only way to describe Matt Rosetti and the Sentient Law firm. Higher than a year and a half later to handle my wife cases and Matt has been baptized as my brother from another mother!
