I usually don’t write reviews, but was motivated to by the great service from Adam and Laura. I was in a major accident on my mountain bike when a vehicle struck me when crossing the road. The assistance by Adam and Laura is far beyond the typical service of any lawyer, and would encourage people to read my long review to understand why they should choose this firm over anyone else. I ride the trail at Walnut Creek from Domain, where I live, 5-6 times a week with a round trip of 10-miles as my daily workout. I was hit when crossing Gracy Farms by an 80-year old man in a vehicle. Myself and mountain bike got smashed by the vehicle. My tibia took a direct hit from the bumper. My body rolled on the hood and my head went through the windshield. It was supposed to be a complete yield stop for the elderly gentlemen, but he was not paying attention. My helmet was smashed, but it protected my head. Police responded quickly and bystanders stood around to help. I was in an ambulance at to St David’s Round Rock within an hour. Due to my condition, I was taken to only one of the two level one trauma centers in Austin. The following are the surgeries and fractures sustained: -Left tibia fracture. Left tibia intramedullary nail procedure (I got a rod in my tibia). -LT C4, C5, C6 foramen fracture -C7 transverse fracture -Endplate T4, T5, T6, T7, T9, T10, T11 fractures -TI transverse fracture -LT Scapula fracture -LT 1st Rib fracture I am thankful that the injuries didn’t paralyze me. I am thankful that lacerations on my neck from going through the windshield didn’t hit my aorta a few inches away or the glass from the windshield didn’t blind me going through it. I am thankful to APD, ambulance and bystanders responded so quickly; I am more thankful that Adam and Laura were brought on to help me out. Even though I have good insurance, I was taken out-of-network to St David’s to the level one trauma center. I was in the hospital for over a week with surgeries that took place. I then transitioned to inpatient rehabilitation for an additional week and now in outpatient therapy twice a week, which is in-network. From the beginning, my biggest fear was the enormous medical bills that come from such an accident. Adam and Laura gave the guidance from the first days of: “Concentrate on your health and rehabilitation. Leave the rest to us.” Adam and Laura knew exactly what was going to happen and predicting everything the insurance companies would do; this comes from a great deal of experience and can’t be taught. The compassion that both Adam and Laura showed was amazing. We would check in weekly, and even be able to call/text at any time. The guidance by Adam was amazing and framed my decisions with the process. As we fast-forward less than four-months later, Adam and Laura helped me out a great deal. The medical bills I was afraid of from being out-of-network were reduced significantly. This is from Adam and Laura’s hard work and positive relationships. Adam works locally in Austin and every entity, organization, hospital and insurance group knows him. There are extremely large law firms in Texas, but you don’t really have the law firm is named after working for you. Commonly, you would get a lower level lawyer working that lacks the years of experience and relationships Adam brings. The care, consistency, guidance from experience is just not there from large law firms. Adam and Laura only take a small number of clients every month, so that full concentration can be focused on a handful of people; this matters and it shows. I’ve had my fair share of experiences with varied lawyers. Trust me from my experiences, and that’s why it’s so detailed in this review, that no one will help you more than Adam and Laura. Get the care with detailed attention to your situation. Adam’s guidance is why you should go to them, even though I lacked belief at the time; “concentrate on your health/rehabilitation and leave the rest to us.”

We had the unfortunate situation of having been in a severe car wreck caused by the other driver (wife was t-boned as other driver ran a red light). Adam & Laura handled everything start to finish, were easily accessible and responded to every question with patience and clarity.
