When it came time to time to sell our family home we reached out to Christopher Watters Reality. Shortly after Stefan Stankovic called us to setup a meeting. From the moment we first met it was a great feeling, you could just tell we were going to be taken care of. Stefan was so helpful, always did what he said, took all of our questions in stride. He worked hard for us and helped us in so many ways it’s truly hard to express how pleased we are. He is enjoyable to talk to as well as work with, we had never been through this process and he knew that and just took care of everything! For 7% commission wasn’t blown away…ton of no shows…not naive the market shifted but IMO they rely too heavily on self service and bad tech…pulled off market. Others have had success by the looks of it, do your research.

We were extremely satisfied with Watters! Our personal requirements for our future home and land were very specific to fit our present and future plans. This required many showings over a period of months. We met Shelly on the first showing and she stuck with us over many showings and went above and beyond until we finally found and closed on our forever home! While searching for our future home we were already working with two other realtors to sell properties we owned. In comparison we were immediately impressed with Shelley by her eagerness, work ethic, professionalism and constant communication. Mindy Smith is the hardest worker I know. She is my mother, and I’ve seen first hand how she never backs down. She is continuously working (even 3 or 4 jobs at once sometimes) to support every dream of mine and my siblings.
