Walters International approach to home and selling is great. Mindy provided us a great first presentation which sold us on Walters’ process. However, we experienced a couple of glitches once we signed with Walters. One issue was the flooring. Mindy stated that we didn’t need to replace the flooring although the carpets were stained, and the concrete slab was visible where a wall had been removed. She told us buyers would overlook the flooring since they would want to install their own flooring. We think the flooring turned away several buyers. Another concern was the price. Mindy was very optimistic that we would receive offers well over the asking price. As things progressed, it was obvious that would not be the case. In fact, we sold the house for $2,000 less than the asking price. The garage door opener died during the selling process. So, we had it replaced. When we told Mindy about the garage door, she said that we should have used the warranty Walters provides and that she had left us paperwork explaining the warranty. We did not have any paperwork regarding the warranty. We did file a claim which gave us partial reimbursement. There were definitely some rough moments during the selling process.

Shaun Ripley was a great agent. He helped us find a property that met our satisfactory needs for an investment house in Austin - a rapidly growing city. He was always present and kept to his word. Shaun always suggested homes that were in the ballpark of our budget and never pushed us. Shaun’s deep understanding of the growing market in Austin made it very simple and less stressful to find the house that was meant for us. We hope to continue a great relationship with Shaun for our future needs and would highly recommend him for your real estate needs.

I can not express enough the gratitude I have for finding this company and dealing with the most genuine, kind and passionate estate agent I have ever met. Shelly Breidenback was so helpful! She went above and beyond to help make our home buying experience quick simple and easy. She genuinely cared and therefore listened and helped us find our perfect home. She pointed out things we needed to know, she was fast to get back to us, she was also packed full of helpful information and she didn’t try to sweep over things that may have been a concern for us (which was SO appreciated as we have a 6month old baby) that girl does her research! 100/10 i can’t recommend her enough!! This has been my forth property purchase and the best so far… because of her! Thank you Shelly you are amazing!!

Sooo grateful to have had Jamilla Evans as are realtor ! My husband and I are first time home buyers so we where clueless but she held are hand along the way and made everything understandable! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house in a heart beat! And if we are ever going to look for another home she will be the first person we call she is amazing!

Just close on my 1st house and i'm very pleased and super satisfied, everything went well, i had a good experience and i'm ready to buy another but my finances aren't :) . Barbra did an amazing job, very responsive, she was on top of everything making sure my questions and doubts were answered. She is very professional and super friendly, i enjoyed working with her. she guided me through the whole process , providing valuable and objectives advices. We recently sold our home with Watters and really enjoyed working with Jodi, the transaction coordinator and our realtor Bryce Metzger. We recommend Bryce as he's sharp, thorough and has excellent negotiation skills. He truly knows the industry and how to WIN! We had a great experience.
