I could not be more pleased with Cory at Watters International. If I could give 15 stars, I would. Cory restored my faith in professional work ethics. She is always available for questions, ideas, and feedback. I never had to wait and wonder if I was going to get a response to inquiries, because she replies back professionally and promptly. Cory will go the extra mile (or 200 miles), whatever it takes to get your house sold effectively. More than that, she truly cares about her clients needs and works to ensure all concerns/needs are resolved. List your property with Cory; you will not regret it!

My partner and I just purchased our first home with the help of Shelly Breidenbach. We really enjoyed working with Shelly! She was always available to traipse around with us and look at the wide range of homes we wanted to see. Her knowledge and expertise helped us countless times along the way as rookies who weren't always sure what we were looking for. We ended up in a gorgeous place we love while staying within our budget. Cheers!

We highly recommend Watters International Realty after our experience selling our house with our WIR realtor, Bryce Metzger. He met with us to explain the WIR selling process, steps, options, etc. He was honest, transparent, super knowledgeable and experienced, and easy to work with. He worked with us on our timeline to get the house to market and was never pushy. The whole Watters team had great communication with us and were very responsive to questions, etc. (Shoutout to Jodi, too!) No good!!!! These people take your money as fast as they say they will give you and end up slashing 60,000-80,000 away and profit on their end.
