When we contacted Watters Realty regarding sale of our Austin home and planning to move to San Antonio to be closer to family we met with Jason Bouchard and he put us in contact with the office in San Antonio where we met with and worked with Shannon, Both offices along with Jason and Shannon were a great help to advise us as to what and when to do the things we needed to do as we were in the process of looking for a home in San Antonio and preferred not to vacate our home in Austin until we had a confirmed property to move to. We were helped and advised by the staff of Watters Realty to accompolish our goals, as we are seniors and just not completely aware of exactly what to do each step of the way for purchasing and then selling our home in Austin, And we happy to say all was accompolished with the Watters team and we are now homeowners in San Antonio and past residents of Austin Robert and Allyne Merrell

Watters Realty was awesome however, the real reason I am writing this review is because of my realtor, Melissa Guth! Wow! Melissa was the best realtor I could have ever imagined. No matter the time of day, if I had a question or saw a house I wanted to tour she was on it! Her personality and genuinely caring made this process even more special. I never felt alone throughout and even after the process, she was on top of everything! If there was any issues, she was my bull dog ready to resolve any issue! Her knowledge was incredible and she was able to answer any question I had (which there were a lot since I am a first time home buyer). Melissa is someone I want on my side when making a huge purchase. Thank you so much for everything Melissa and Watters Realty for connecting me with Melissa! I couldn't be any happier!

We reached out to Waters International after hearing their adds in the radio for years. Saying I was floored by their professionalism is an understatement. They were on top of everything ever step of the way. Renée and the whole Watters team was amazing. I highly in the highest way possible suggest if you have any kind of thoughts of buying or selling do yourself a huge favor and call Watters first!!! Thank you to everyone who worked on our sale. Words can't express how amazing Bryce is!! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained every part of the process. He was absolutely the very best to work with!! If I had a questions I would text/call and he would respond immediately. We sold our home very quickly and over our asking price. I would highly recommend Bryce to all my friends and family!! It was such a GREAT experience and we are grateful for everything Bryce did for us!!

When we started looking at selling our house we interviewed 3 different agents to find the best fit, and Cory Cain with Watters International was it for us! From our first meeting she showed the utmost professionalism and was 100% willing to listen to our concerns as well as our pricing opinions. Cory went to bat for us and fought for our needs and wishes when we encountered buyer issues. Cory was easy to communicate with and explained everything about the selling process and really eased our nerves along the way.

Jennifer is a thoughtful, knowledgeable realtor that listened to what I wanted, and got my home sold with the first offer at the price I wanted. Could not have been easier, or faster. She brought the resources to the effort and got the job done.

I'm not one to write reviews but I had to make an exception because Carol was fantastic to work with. What's missing these days is that people just don't go the extra mile to give good services anymore. Carol and i talked many times, even after hours she was always willing to answer my calls. Our first conversation i explained to her that I wasn't sure of a guarantee purchase from her and i was just looking. To my surprise it didn't discourage her at all. She answered all my questions over our conversations and gave me honest feedback and not just trying to make a quick sale. That my friends is hard to come by. Give her a call. Thanks.

When we sold our house we were a little hesitant with getting assistance from a realtor. We felt it would be some sort of pressure sales tactic and that we wouldn’t get any real say, like it would just be about the commission for the realtor. However that was definitely not the case, we had complete control over the decisions that were made and we were kept in the loop of each process with full transparency. The most important moment to me was sitting across my kitchen table and explaining the importance of the decision to sell my house and what I wanted to achieve. I asked Jeff our realtor that if understood that importance and if he would take care of my family and help me make the best decision for them and he looked me in the eyes with absolute confidence and said yes. From that point he worked what felt like every hour of the day because I could reach him at any point with any questions I had and was always ready to go to bat for us. We got a great deal and everything was very seamless. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone who asks and when I’m ready to purchase my next home I will most certainly be calling on their services again!
