We bought a new build home and needed to sell our current home quick! I reached out and was out in contact with Rhonda Pineda. She made selling my house the easiest experience!! Not only was she NEVER pushy, she was extremely transparent with the entire process, and made sure that I felt comfortable every step of the way. Not only did she give me fantastic advice on how to elevate my homes value, she and her team were able to bring in 23 offers on my home in 4 days…. AND over a holiday weekend, ranging up to 60,000 over asking price!! Rhonda did a fantastic job of helping me sell my home and if she is still working in this line of work in 15ish years when we decide to move again, without a doubt I will reach out to have her help sell my home!

Update. I had posted a few weeks ago that I had called Watters International Realty trying to get in touch with them about listing my home. No one had called me back. As it turns out, I may have spoken to fast. I'm a business man myself and I have even dropped the ball a few times. I know, it's hard to believe but true. 😊 After posting the hastily review, Jennifer contacted me and made it right. After talking with her, I was well impressed at her presentation of how the company works and their services. I especially like the fact that they have agents that work only with the seller and a different agent that works only with buyers. I have not listed my home yet for unrelated reasons but when the time comes, they're my first choice.

We reached out to Watter's International Realty and were quickly blown away by the absolute professionalism and knowledge of every person we interacted with. Our agent, Bryce Metzger, was incredible. He had ready answers for every question and his presentation and strategy session for the sale of our home was amazing. Our home was listed quickly and sold well above asking price in only a few days. The whole process was remarkably stress-free. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!

We needed to sell our house fast because we were moving out of state to be closer to family and found out about Chris Watters Realty through listening to KLBJ on the radio. Out of all of the options out there, we decided to give them a call. We did not regret our decision. Cory Cain came out to our house an hour away in Lago Vista the next day. She took time to show us the marketing plan for selling our house which was very impressive and it worked. She helped us come up with a reasonable price for our home and we ended up selling the house for $20k more than what we asked for it. We could have gotten more for it, but our house was over ten years old and it was time for some maintenance from the ground up that we did not have time to take care of before placing it on the market. Cory kept in contact with us through out the entire sale process which was really helpful considering we were out of state caring for a sick parent. We had several offers on the house and took an offer within less than two weeks on the market. The home sale was complete before I was expecting it. Cory notified us immediately when the sale was complete and we all celebrated! If you are looking to sell your home too then do not hesitate to call Chris Watters! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Jennifer was fantastic, especially at the end when the buyer’s company was playing games. Everything from start to finish was easy and they give you a great team to get you through.

When we decided to sell our home and buy a new one. And on the buying side Travis was so amazing working with us. Explained every part of the process and he had so much patience with us. Melissa was amazing throughout this whole process. Buying a home in Austin is not what it used to be and she was there to help navigate everything that came up. And on this purchase it seemed that everything that could come up did. I could not have made a better choice than Melissa to be our realtor. I highly, highly recommend choosing her for your realty needs. She went the extra mile to ensure that the whole process went as smoothly as possible. I knew very little about getting my house on the market. I called Chris Watters and was assigned Rhonda Pineda! She helped me EVERY step of the way. Super informative, kind and considerate- definitely helped me through the process. You wont regret working with them! And Rhonda!
