Wonderful experience with Cory @ Watters International Realty. My home sold very quickly and for well over the listing price with multiple offers to choose from. Communication with Cory was great from listing to closing making the process much less stressful than it could have been otherwise. I highly recommend Cory and Watters International Realty.

Rhonda Pineda is the best realtor! We have worked with her 2X - to buy and sell - and she's been excellent both times! She takes the time to listen to your needs and answers your questions thoughtfully. Our work schedules were super crazy and Rhonda was patient and understanding during our search. Would definitely work with her again!

I had a very difficult property to sale. I contacted Watters International Realty purely based on their reputation and I was not disappointed. Cory met me at the property and and had already put together pricing but was very interested in my input as well. She was very knowledgeable and professional. As a First time home buyer, there was alot more to the process than i initially expected. I had previously worked with a realtor with a different company who only showed me 3 houses in a 4 month period, stopped hearing from him about the time watters realty reached out to me and got me in touch with Camila Galindo. Camila was a pleasure to work with, patiently holding my hand through the process, making it an easy, stress free experience. She was great at finding numerous possible homes in my price range and was great at answering all my questions, which were alot as I did no homework walking into this. Great company, thanks again Camila!

Sold my home in Georgetown, TX with Watters and it was an amazing experience! Rhonda Pineda was my listing agent and she was knowledgeable, informative and always available. Other services included excellent staging advice and professional photography. It was a breeze and a pleasure.

Selling our house thru Watters International Realty was a great experience. Our selling was complicated as we had already bought a home several states away and were traveling back and forth during the sale of our Texas house. Our agent Cory stepped up and guided us thru the process and went out of her way to make distance selling almost effortless. She gave us great advice and we ended selling above asking price. I would highly recommend Cory and Watters International Realty to anyone looking to sell their home.

Edit 4/4/2022 The below review applies specifically to JASON BOUCHARD and despite his employment by CWI, I'm confident is not a direct reflection on Christopher Watters standard operating procedure. I was contacted by Kia Potter at Watters shortly after posting this review and she was rightfully appalled and sincerely apologetic that we were in this situation led by the "master negotiator" Jason Bouchard. Unfortunately, the deal was already done and the real estate PTSD that transpired from the prior week or so had already been put irrefutably in place. If Jason had taken the time to call and even FAKE an apology, which I'm certain he is capable of, I would have not been as apt to pen this review -- he instead relied on a coworker to attempt to clean up his mess. Terrific ownership Jason, world class. Stuff happens, maybe there was an explanation, though doubtful and I suspect he was applying his time to the next easy buck. SELLER BEWARE. Don't buy into JASON BOUCHARD'S snake oil, he somehow penetrated a seemingly top notch organization, which is a shame and hopefully will be quickly shaped up or shipped out. ********************** The overall structure of how Watters International markets homes is great, they are elevating real estate agents from the dark days of no technology (or difficult to use technology) and proving it works. Did we get over "asking"? Yes, but we live in Austin, anyone who finds this shocking has been asleep for the last 2 years. The agent claiming to be a "master negotiator" repeatedly underwhelmed us as well as changed his answer to potential scenarios for what I'm forced to assume was his convenience. The agents "assistant" continued their trend of lacking personalized attention (and care) and came off like she was doing us a favor every step of the way; I'm perplexed on how a $30k+ commission doesn't spell out who works for who. The agent nor anyone from Watters International bothered to come to the closing, perhaps 9a is before their business hours but frankly, they just don't care... the check is already in the mail. Overall, considering we did fairly well on our home sale (about 8% over asking), we found using Watters International to have been a mistake. Maybe they are selling too many houses and don't have time or this market has conditioned them to work in such a half hearted manner but either way, hindsight is 20/20 and if you're reading this far you should consider ALL of your options.
