As stressful as selling a house can be, Renee made the process as painless as possible. I won't say we "enjoyed" the experience (haha) but Renee knows what she is doing and has the knowledge to skillfully guide you through and get things done. The team at Watters provides a lot of support to their agents and we're using them on the buyer side as well... highly recommended!

We decide to go with Watters International Realty when we decided to sell our house. I've always have heard how quickly Watters Realty will attract potential buyers with their listings to get you top dollar offers. I never expected to get 5 offers on the first day we had showings and sold our house that same day for thousands over what we expected. Jason and his team did an awesome job preparing everything we needed for the closing. We had a great experience with Jason and his team. He told us how much we could list our house for and it was $100K more than any other realtor we had interviewed. But was most impressive is he had confidence in that number. Not only did we get an offer in 4 days but it was over asking. We would definitely use Waters again!

We recently used Watters to sell our home. Courtney Bowden was our agent and he was very knowledgable of our market. We listed on a Thursday and had 5 offers on Monday morning. All were at asking price or higher. Courtney walked us through each offer and provided his recommendations which was very helpful. At closing we encountered a funding problem from the buyer and we were under-funded. Courtney and the Watters team worked closely with the title company and helped to resolve our issue. We are appreciative of Courtney's guidance through the process, especially during the resolution of the funding issue.

We had reached out to Watters when we decided to sell our house. We later received a call from Grant Randall. He came out to our house just coming in from his vacation. We thought that was awesome. Grant came out and inspected our house and went over what Watters had to offer. We were at the time reviewing other candidate's. But we were convinced Watter's was the best way to go. Grant went above our expectations in getting what we wanted. We will definitely do business in the future and will refer Grant to people we know who decide to sell their house. Hands downs best experience we have ever had.

Grant Randall is one of the most informative agents I've ever spoke to in Austin! Moved here from Chicago about 5 years ago and haven't felt comfortable with a agent, until we met Grant so great to talk to. We maybe selling our home in a year or two and with hesitation he answered all our questions with no commitment necessary. Thanks a lot Grant well keep in touch buddy.

The staff at Watters is excellent. My process of selling was difficult to say the least, due to many issues including COVID-19, extreme weather, and other issues I won’t go into here. Renee Longden and her staff were on top of the issues and diligent. We managed to get it done, quite a bit late (no fault of Renee or Watters!) , but in the end I’m very satisfied with how my dealing with Watters was. Highly recommended!
