If you have elderly Parents don't let them go with Watters International. They are dishonest and take advantage of the elderly people!

Left message fir an agent to se up appointment. Her name was Lexington. She never bothered to return my call. That was 3 days ago. Do not have anyone try to call me now. Already gave an offer on another house with 10 acres of land.

Renee with Waters was incredible, not only was she a local to bastrop she also put alot of energy into our market to make for a rapid sale. she was very knowledgeable, and down to earth. the entire process with Waters was amazing. their marketing strategy is very extensive and works very well.

Bradley Pounds has helped us buy and sell a few houses now and I can’t imagine having anyone else by our side. He is knowledgeable, patient and so much fun to work with. He makes the whole buying selling experience easy and less stressful. I look forward to our next adventure!!

It was an amazing and pleasant experience working with Dawn McCurry. I couldn't have found a more professional, honest and informative Realtor. I am a first time home buyer and, to be honest, not sure what I was getting into. Dawn not only made it fun throughout the process, but informed me of things I never would of thought to ask. I highly recommend her as someone who has your best interests at heart from beginning to end.

Renee was fantastic!!!!! She was very professional yet very personable. She gave us complete information in a way we could understand it. We were always included in every aspect of the sell of our house. If there is an award or recognition for the most outstanding realtor....give it to her. There is no one better than her. We would definitely request for Renee the next time we need a real actor!!

The reason I went with Dave Watters was I liked the idea of how there was a a different team focusing on each aspect of the sale of my home. Some of those teams knocked it out of the park and others I wasn’t impressed with at all. The photographer/videographer were top notch - and the marketing team getting it plastered everywhere was great - with their follow up reports as well. For how much commission we paid, it should have been that level of service across the board. The house did sell, but for far less than the original list price. I will go a different direction in the future - buying and selling.

Google keeps asking me to review these people so I will. I was not impressed or happy with selling my house through them. The communication was horrible and at the end of the day, I regret making the decision to work with them. They get a 2 because the director turned out to be an ok guy...pushy, but ok.

Watters Realty recently handled the sale of our home, and we were pleased with their professionalism throughout the entire process. Renee and her team definitely earned our 5 star rating. We highly recommend Watters to anyone contemplating selling their home.
