I needed to sell my mothers house following her death and with the help of our agent Brooks we succeeded. Our timing couldn’t have been worse as the COVID pandemic had just started. I decided to leave Austin but first I needed to sell my home. Enter Watters International Realty. I had seen the ads, heard the commercials and decided to list with them. I had the good fortune of Renee’ Longden calling me and becoming my listing agent. She is fantastic! Renee’ explained the process from start to finish and in 3 days I had a contract for listing price. Renee’ was always prompt in answering my many questions and/or returning calls.
