Jason Soto is a one of a kind agent. Our story of how we moved to Texas is one in a million pieces of moving parts, Jason was a critical part in all of these moving parts. We are a family of 9 children and a mom and dad. We started our journey in moving to Texas at the beginning of June. We knew we needed to move to Austin for our two daughters who are deaf and three children who have Autism to give them the best educational choices for our children. I am a Special Education teacher and my husband is an Audio Visual technician. We needed our hard earned money to go as far as it could and Jason was the right person, at the right place, at the right time for us. After 2 months of applying for jobs and house hunting, Jason came through for us again with finding us a 1 month rental, while we closed on our house in Meadows of Kyle. Jason was always positive and believed that we could make this huge move from Utah to Texas, sell our home in Utah, find a job, find a rental, and finally buy a home in Kyle. Jason 's "can do" attitude and calm support was genuine and very professional. He was there for us every step of the way and beyond. Again, I can't thank him enough for his sincere positive attitude for our family. He made all of this possible all because he believed in our cause to sacrifice all that we have for the education of our children. I will always recommend Jason Soto to everyone. It's been quite a ride!

I would like to say nice things about Chris Waters but unfortunately I have never met or seen him. I have only seen one person for 20 minutes when he came out , looked around and wrote down the sales price they would be listing my home for. From that point until we finally closed which was 6 months later, I never saw a human from that team. I had to follow up on everything including with the title company to make sure the documents they needed were there. Unless your on the radio or TV dont waste your money with these shysters, and to top it off they charge you 4% which Im in the legal process of reclaiming.

As first time home buyer, they made the process as painless and transparent as possible. Our assigned realtor Jason Soto was friendly, patient, flexible and seemed to genuinely care about finding the best possible home for us within our price range. Would recommend this organization to anyone seeking to buy or sell in the Austin area. We love our new home!

I had one of those "tough" houses to sell.... a beautiful but huge (4000+ sq ft), multi-story, historic (aka "old") home located in not the BEST location possible! We worked with the Watters' team to set a new price that we thought would get some attention/movement and to setup a marketing plan to target a different audience than had been exposed to the property in the past. I believe getting exposure with agents outside of the local area was the biggest asset that Watters brought in our specific situation. We also worked with Watters to bring-in a professional staging expert to help "dress-up" the big empty inside - to help people visualize the various spaces much better - since there was nobody living in the home at the time! We had a lot of traffic and showings with a lot of good feedback, but as noted, it was a "tough" property to close! Finally, after 2 months (the property had been off/on the market for ~2 years in the past), we got the one buyer that we needed! Listed with Watters in Sept and sold in Nov. Overall, I was very happy with my experience with Watters. The team was very professional and kept me in the loop all along the way (thanks especially to KathyM for her updates and info!). I would recommend them if you're looking to sell a property - especially if you have one of those tough properties that needs a wider net cast for potential buyers.

This company is completely out for themselves and takes advantage of everyone involved. They outright lie to your face when matters aren't in their favor. I had a trusted contractor vouch for that, within our own dealings. They have poor communication and play hardball at every turn. They also waited till the absolute last minute to fulfill their obligations which put a strain on our closing date and in fact, we had to make adjustments for their negligence that cost us significantly because of it. There was only one person there that was helpful and unfortunately, she has no power in the decisions. I would highly recommend avoiding this company if you value your time, money and sanity.

We have had a great experience with Watter's International! We found them after our house had been on the market for several months with no offers. I believe we had an offer within 7-10 days after listing with Watters. Kathy has been prompt in answering any concerns and questions of ours. She is a great negotiator & works hard to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Rhonda Pineda and the team at Watters International Realty were awesome to work with! Rhonda listened to my needs and concerns. She worked within my budget, was very responsive to any requests and used a creative approach to get me the most house in the best neighborhood for the money! She has a great sense of humor and is very easy to work with. She kept the entire process fun and positive. She helped me purchase and close on my new house in under 6 weeks. This was not easy considering the current market in the Austin and surrounding area. I would recommend Rhonda Pineda and the team at Watters International Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Austin area.

Above and beyond the call of duty! That is the best way to explain our experience with Watters International and specifically Christopher Watters. We decided late last year to start searching for a downtown condo. Having lived in a downtown for the last year, we knew we wanted to stay in the area. Christopher wasted no time hunting down something that was specific to what we were looking for. He was with us every step of the way and stayed in constant communication with us during the buying process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home here in our lovely city!

We had a horrible and infuriating experience when Chris Watters International was showing the house we rent. For months, our home was repeatedly violated by other realtors who (according to them) had confirmed an appointment with Chris Watters's office but which we had never been informed about. One time I walked out of the shower to find surprised strangers in the hallway. Another morning they let themselves in while my housemates and I were still undressed and in our beds. Another time they walked around knocking on windows while my housemate was trying to nap. There was a very clear understanding that no one was allowed to visit without a confirmed appointment, and after these occasions our landlords would call his office and urge them to improve communication with us tenants. On each occasion, Chris Watters and his staff would deny accountability, saying it must be "rogue realtors" who were stopping by without an appointment. These "rogue realtors" left their business cards, so we'd call them and invariably they'd say they had confirmed an appointment with his office days prior. They were no happier than we were, since surprised tenants make it harder for them to make a sale. In hopes of smoothing things over and for the sake of our landlords, we were as accommodating as possible to Chris Watters's office, confirming every request we could even on ten minutes notice, but the unscheduled visits didn't stop until he was no longer our realtor. It's hard to be brief, because lots went wrong. They didn't manage to sell the house. On two prior occasions, I've had realtors show my rental without every experiencing a single issue, so I know it can be handled competently. His office would text message me about an appointment, then call 15 minutes later to demand our reply (we'd be at work, or on a flight, or similar - we'd explained this to them). Or I'd get off a plane and they'd have send 4 back to back texts asking for an appointment, and it would turn out they'd (evidently) just forgotten to tell us about one that was already at the house. They put my personal phone number on the listing without my permission, never responded to my repeated requests to fix that, and only took it off when I changed my outgoing voicemail message. They eventually agreed we could remove the lockbox so that it was no longer possible for other realtors to let themselves in, but they still showed up and tried. One time they admitted they just forgot to push send on a text appointment request, but then changed the story when my landlords inquired. Chris Watters International never apologized to us and never admitted they had done anything wrong, always citing someone else. Bottom line: there's no reason relations with tenants should go so poorly with almost no improvement over months, and it's hard to believe these were all normal mistakes or someone else's fault. To me, Chris Watters International represents those characteristics that unfortunately give realtors a bad name: untrustworthiness, semi-competence, disrespect, laziness, and a lack of integrity. I would never trust my real estate needs with this kind of realty office. There must be better options in Austin. Full disclosure: this all happened roughly one year ago. I wrote this review at the time, but didn't post it until now because I wanted to forget the entire thing.
