This was my second time hiring Lianna and her team to defend and protect me and my family from an ex-spouse who cheated, disappeared, and abandoned our 4 kids. She has an amazing combination of legal knowlege, attorney skill, and almost disarmingly pleasant character. She has a wonderful personality,which belies an incredible ability to manuver in legal settings such as depositions, negotiations, and court, all of which we had to go through with her confidently leading the way. As in my previous review, she aims high and ultimately I was pleased with both of my settlements. I can’t imagine a better attorney for this type of circumstance. She puts you at ease, she’s got tremendous character, and she’s really smart and skilled.

I was looking for a lawyer to represent me during my amicable, uncontested divorce. Since there is no animosity between my partner and I, we did not want to end up with a lawyer that would "aggressively pursue" anything or otherwise create an adversarial atmosphere. I found Kirker Davis LLP after searching many reviews. After requesting a consultation via their website, I received a phone consultation before heading to their offices to meet, and ultimately retain the services, of Ms. Garza-Smith. Ms. Garza-Smith was very patient, answering all my questions and outlining the process in a manner that gave myself and my partner confidence that things were in good hands. Divorce/separation is a tough thing to go through and retaining legal counsel is not an inexpensive undertaking. I am very grateful for Ms. Garza-Smith's support throughout the process, and her ability to accommodate our wishes and circumstances. It was money well-spent.

Lianna and her paralegal Kate are a dynamic duo. They are on top of everything, every detail of divorce. This includes legal matters but also compassionate matters as well.
