I was very cautious and picky when selecting a lawyer not only because of the high cost but also it's hard to judge the quality, especially as an immigrant to the US. After searched a lot, I believed that Matthew is the best lawyer if you want to form a start-up company using Slicing Pie equity split method like me. I am very happy I chose Matt.
