I spoke with Chris Hosek about a house for one of his clients. He was very rude and sarcastic with everything we discussed. I understand he was just doing his business but so was i, so there is no need to speak to someone you need help from with such a harsh tone because you aren't getting what you want. You could tell he was upset because he was very impatient that he couldn't get help faster, but that is in no way my fault, i am just doing what i am supposed to do. Not bashing him as a worker, but at least learn to have some people skills and stop being so rude.

I was cold called by someone named evette taylor. She called everyday this entire week leaving voicemails and texts to call her back. I finally answered today to confront her for harassing me. She stated she was calling to see if i wanted to buy a house or to see if i knew someone that is looking. Cold calling is the worst business practice and i would stay away from any company that does it.

The house sold very quickly, and very close to asking price. The customer service was exemplary. Tammy Spracklen demonstrated tremendous patience & expertise. I highly recommend Watters International Realty for your home selling or buying needs.

Our expectations were set very high during our initial meeting with Tim, our Chris Watter's agent. I was concerned that they may have been set too high but they truly delivered on everything discussed. In fact I feel like we got way more than promised. Our home sold in 7 days at the listing price we set. Tammy Spracklen, our coordinator, was amazing. Seriously amazing! Parker, their staff photographer, was able to capture all of the things that we thought made our house so awesome. Thank you Chris Watters Realty.

I recently purchased my first home through Chris Watters Realty and I can not express enough what a great experience it was. Michelle McManus is who I worked with and she was amazing. I never had to wait for a question to be answered, always responded immediately and was always helpful! She walked us through the entire process (since we were new home buyers we were clueless really) She put us in contact with the lending company and they worked well together. Although buying a house is a stressful time we feel that with the awesome work everyone did and the personable relationship with Michelle the process was easier than expected! The first house we bid on was ACCEPTED!!!!!!!! We did a 30 day close and actually closed a little earlier than the 30 days and now we have our perfect house and the joys of home ownership! If you want a quality and stress free buying experience then look no further!!!! You will not be dissappointed!

Our buyers realtor was very pleasant and very honest with us. She understood what we wanted and delivered. Our selling realtor was very informative and had our backs at any obstacle we hit along the way. They promised to get us the most out of our sell and they exceeded that. My realtor Irma was great. The buying process took an unexpected turn (short sale) and Irma stayed in touch and kept me informed every step of the way. She went out of her way to show me properties last minute and explained things I didn't understand clearly and respectfully. I'll definitely be calling Watters when it's time to buy or sell my next place.
