WOW! I just had an exceptional experience with Mr. Akhtar. I called regarding a question about consumer protection laws and was pleasantly surprised when he actually answered the phone. Was expecting a receptionist or to be transferred. He was friendly, knowledgeable and actually took the time to provide sound guidance and insight. Very professional, honest, and educated person. His service is actually beyond the excellent. I was referred to him by a friend of mine who had an excellent experience with him. The insurance did not want to pay me for repair at the beginning so I had to call a lawyer. Mr. Ali did his best and took care of it. I got actually more than i was expected. I got a check for repairing, compensation for not using the car and loss of wages.
