Mr. Howard was an answer to my prayers! I can't say enough about my experience with him and his staff. I was 5mo pregnant with my first child and involved in a car wreck. I tried to go it alone at first, but the other driver's insurance was giving me the run around. I called around, but it seemed like no one wanted to take my case since I wasn't severely injured. I wasn't looking to profit from the accident, I just wanted the bills I incurred to be taken care of since the accident was not my fault. The other driver even received a citation, and his insurance still was refusing to pay! I started getting collection notices and calls, and was feeling completely overwhelmed. Then I found Mr. Howard and his team. He took over everything, so all I had to do was focus on getting ready for my baby's arrival. The whole process was drawn out due to the other insurance company, but in the end Mr. Howard recovered more than what we had hoped. Throughout the entire team he sent me updates, and always made me feel as though I was a priority (even though I didn't have some huge settlement for him to profit from immensely). At the end when we had to sign papers to finalize the case, he even met us at his office on the weekend. As did his notary even though she was in the process of moving that day. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend his services to anyone in need!

Mr Howard took the time to explain the process of what to expect thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and treated my concerns with the utmost importance. He was highly effective in representing me and did it with class.

Scott Howard did an excellent job on my lawsuit. I was hit by a party who was underinsured.
