He revised a will of a sick aging couple while failing to recognize all the telltale signs of elder abuse.

Mr. Farrell walked me through the stages of care for both my parents: assisted living, skilled nursing, and death. We dealt with Medicaid and the VA. His guidance was priceless and accurate. His attention was timely and direct. My family will always be grateful for his wisdom and empathy.

The above words are the ones I use to describe Mr. Farrell. We used his services in the past for my mother-in-law through various stages of aging to provide for her care. Our current need was to write my husband's and my wills and other important documents. As always, he listened carefully to all our needs and created documents that reflected our wishes, including a trust for our dogs!

My family and I hired Clyde to help us put together our end of life documents (e.g., Medical Power of Attorney, etc.) as well as guide us through the process of working with the Texas Health & Human Services on Medicare/Medicaid eligibility. First, Clyde is an excellent attorney. He knows the ins and outs of elder law in Texas; Clyde is an expert in his field. Second, and perhaps more important, Clyde is a kind and compassionate person. It certainly was not easy for us as a family to be dealing with the challenges we brought to Clyde. He met us where we were at every turn, guiding us, helping us through the entire process. What a relief to know that Clyde was there to help us. He made everything so much easier! My family and I give Clyde our highest recommendation. We will always be his clients.

We felt Mr. Farrell was an excellent choice for us. He listened carefully to what we wanted, made suggestions for changes with a thorough explanation for his reasoning (in plain English!), and answered all our questions and concerns patiently and with good humor.

Mr. Farrell provided excellent advice and guidance as we sought a means of taking care of my 90 year old mother. He led us through the process, helped us assemble the documentation, and suggested the means of verifying facts. He was professional, quick, and knowledgeable throughout the process. We would not have been able to comply with government requirements had he not been with us every step of the way. In addition, he's followed up to be certain nothing went awry after the fact. His fees were reasonable and he was always available when we had questions. Our situation was not straight-forward or easily documented. Mr. Farrell kept the process manageable. We'll return to him when we have another elder care question.

Clyde helped me when I was planning my mother's transition to a nursing home. His guidance through a spend down program, sale of her house, and subsequent estate settlement were invaluable to our family. He probably saved us close to $100K through the process. He frequently attends Elder Law seminars and was always very up-to-date on the latest Social Security and Medicaid rulings.
