I would take away and give negative stars if I could! This law office professes to want to help the client but all they want is money for yet another vacation! It has taken 3 years and over 50 emails including one where I was ready to dump them just to get to mediation with what I am now told is a cut and dry accident case! They only want to use their besties as “experts” and doctors and mediators and use scare tactics to get out of going to court to fight for their own clients! They screwed my husband out of thousands of dollars claiming “the amount was so small” and now they won’t fight for me in my case where the other side has admitted 100% fault!! After relieving them of their duties now they are harassing me nonstop with constant emails claiming that they are still due their 40% of winning me absolutely zero dollars! As far as I’m concerned, I would be fighting them on the alleged $2200 they claim that I owe them for services rendered because I had to do all of the work for them in the very beginning! In the very beginning, I had to actually have my husband go out and get the police report and do the investigation and get them the videos because they couldn’t even do that themselves! At this point, I may have to actually file harassment charges because they send threatening emails to me constantly after claiming they would “do me a favor by not charging me the 40%!” 40% of what? 40% of $0 is $0!!! They have not won me a penny!!! my lawyer went so far and put out the maximum effort of being on his cell phone the entire time during mediation, where the other half of the time was pushing me to not go to court to fight for what I’m due because “ there will be a dozen people that may not like you and will decide the amount you may get.” Seriously??? And then threaten me with emails you’re going to come after me?? And wants my new lawyers info?? Get out of here! DO NOT hire this company to “represent” you! They DO NOT represent anyone but their own selfish needs!
