My car was totaled on December 4th. I was traumatized and injured and 2000 miles away from home! My insurance company wouldn't give me any information about how to proceed. After a week, with no car, or any support or knowledgable advice from family or friends I was at a loss as to what I could or should do. This organization works like a well-oiled machine. I have a main attorney that I work with as well as her assistant that helps when she is unavailable. These two are on top of things! They have helped me to get into needed appointment earlier, helped with transportation needs and the majority of the time I am able to reach one of them live without having to leave a voice mail. I feel like things are running smoothly and couldn't be happier with the help I've received thus far.

Was in an accident in June. Called the next morning and had an attorney there that Monday. Took the time and actually listened to what happened. Unfortunately, our original attorney left the firm, this actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our new attorney, Tyler Churchman, was upfront and straight to the point about everything. If we had a question he would answer it without hesitation or if he didn’t know, he would say he didn’t but would get us an answer as soon as possible. Of course it did take a little longer due to COVID and our first attorney leaving, but overall we are satisfied with our settlement. That’s another good thing about Tyler, he doesn’t beat around the bush and claim you’re going to get a million dollars, he lets you know upfront based off of limits of insurance policies how much you can possibly get.
