Tyler Churchman is so helpful and nice person . He do a great job

I would strongly advise against hiring this law firm to handle your personal injury case. Particularly Jesse Zuniga. I've had a terrible experience thus far. To say that Zuniga has been less than transparent would be an understatement. Hiring a personal injury attorney is a big decision. Do your research and try and meet with three attorneys before making a decision. Make sure all your questions about the process are answered before signing a contract. Do not take TJH at face value. Read the fine print before signing anything. Consider communicating via email only so that you have a detailed and time stamped record of all communications related to your case. My experience included having a medical procedure I was not comfortable with continued to be pushed on me even though I repeatedly refused out of fear of exacerbating my injures. Back and neck injuries are delicate and choosing a plan of care is for the client and a trustworthy medical provider to decide on together. Not for an attorney without a medical degree to decide. My attorney questioned the severity of my injures when I refused to follow what he considered the preferred plan of care. This firm works with "preferred providers" that inflate fees to unreasonable rates. I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon for an initial consult that lasted less than 20 minutes only to find out later that the visit was billed to the tune of $950. Doctors don't get reimbursed at these inflated rates by private group health plans and they do not charge private-pay client these rates either. My attorney initially offered me an incredibly low sum (considering the severity of my accident) without taking the time to review discovery from opposing counsel. WHICH IS HIS JOB. It's how they justify taking 45% of your settlement. These people bet on clients not knowing any better and being grateful for any scraps they are willing to throw at you under the auspices of covering your medical care. What they are doing is not illegal but it certainly seems to be unethical. A settlement check for my case was issued on December 10th. It is now January 15th. I have reached out three times to request an update on the status of the settlement and still I have not received a response. Not only that. I was given some crazy story that my attorney was out of the country in Mexico. Every heard of an out of office message? These people are untrustworthy, dismissive and dishonest. Go elsewhere.

With the hard work of attorney Tavis Combs at TJH, I got high-quality medical care for my neck and low back injury from the car accident, along with a nice settlement with the insurance company. Thanks a lot for all the people from the firm that make this happens!

So far so good, they took my case in a fast and professional manner. They schedule my appointments and it has been very easy overall. Totally recommend Thomas J Henry law. Let's hope they help us win our case.

Cody definitely always made sure to keep me updated, always answered when I called, answered any questions I had and took the time to further explain Incase I didn’t understand AND got my settlement in a timely manner. 10/10 definitely recommend TJH!!!
