for most of my professional career in major law firms and in legal education here and in New York, so I probably had set the bar very high when I looked for legal help after a car accident. FVF was outstanding. From the beginning I worked with the legal professional who was going to handle my case through to the end. She was knowedgeable in the law and in every step of the process, skilled in the most efficient way to get through the paperwork and requirements of both insurance companies. I was updated regularly and my questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. It can be a long process and she was able to describe what was happening and why. In a firm this size I knew that the partners would be aware of my case and monitor the settlement. Having seen how in large firms clients are always dealt with at the lowest level possible based on the potential yield, I had no desire to do business wit them, nor with the attorneys who advertise on television. having my case handled by FVF allowed me to focus on getting well and getting back to work, I knew I was in good hands. I would work with them again and will be happy to recommend them. Professional, courteous, well-organized, I was happy while we worked together and happy with the outcome.

I was in a car accident and injured and needed a lawyer. My case was a little tricky because of a delay in treatment. FVF law took my case and stood by while I went to multiple doctors, treatments and eventually surgery with follow up procedures. Mark and Josh would reach out to me after each visit to see how I was doing and really cared about me and my injuries. While my treatments took almost 2 years, they did not pressure me to go to mediation or to trial until I was fully taken care of. When it came time to go to mediation, I knew that they had my best interests in mind. It was settled and I walked away happy with what I was awarded. If ever I needed a lawyer - I would not hesitate to call FVF Law. They are awesome lawyers, who cared about me and worked hard to get me a fair settlement.

I can not speak more highly of FVF Law, and especially my attorney, Matt Breeland, during my personal injury suit. Not only did he get the job done, but I felt like I was his highest priority throughout the whole process. My care and comfort always came before the bottom line and Matt refused to stop until he felt that I was fairly set up for the future and that my health had been taken care of. I doubt anyone enjoys being in a car accident, but FVF made the process as smooth and painless as it can be. My boyfriend and I had a lot of questions about the process and I wasn’t sure about using a lawyer. Shawn took extra time to talk my boyfriend and I through every step and even gave us useful advice for all the other steps—like having our car evaluated and towed away. While there are other cases that I’m sure were much larger than ours, Shawn and Ines never made us feel small or unimportant. They always got back to us right away and Shawn was available for a phone or in person chat when we wanted it. The best part was, I got all the medical care I needed. It’s very nice to know that the effects of our car accident have been properly addressed and are unlikely to come back months and years from now. Dealing with the after affects and paperwork of a car wreck is rarely quick, but FVF made it much, much easier. Got t-boned by a minivan in our old volvo. We decided to hire FVF because the other party claimed there was a third vehicle involved and then tried to claim against our insurance a few days later. All we wanted was peace of mind, to make sure we have no medical problems due to the accident, and to get our vehicle replaced in a timely fashion. To that end, FVF provided exactly what we needed. I hope I never have to go through this process again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact FVF.
