While visiting Austin from out of state, I was involved in an auto accident that caused injuries to two passengers (my mother and my wife) in the rental car that I was driving. Josh Fogelman, Matt Breeland and the entire staff at FVF Law guided us through the complicated process, keeping us involved and informed throughout (despite the challenges caused by being geographically separated). Over the nearly three years of engagement (welcome to TX law), I found the entire FVF Law team to be professional, compassionate, highly skilled and personable (my wife wants to “Friend” them on Facebook!). From my initial call (questions answered, options and possible/likely outcomes explained), through failed mediation (opposing counsel was unprepared), to successful trial verdict (and beyond) – these guys were amazing. After winning our case in court (two years after the accident), Josh and Matt continued to work to ensure the best possible outcome for us. They successfully defended appeals and negotiated with all involved parties to maximize our net proceeds. While I hope that I never again need a lawyer in Texas (or anywhere else, for that matter), if I do, I’m going directly to FVF Law. ----- Several times, over the course of the years that we were engaged with the folks at FVF Law, I thought of writing a review (would have been glowing throughout), but I decided to wait until all was said and done. I had neck , back injuries and I had a broken bone in my ankle. I had to have two surgeries, one was a disc replacement in my neck as well as an ankle surgery to repair the chipped bone. Both surgeries required extensive physical therapy.
