I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Gammon in December of 2021. My husband and I were selling his mom's house and were in complete and utter frustration with the title company. Our mom had a will and designated my husband legal durable POA, finicial POA, as well as other designations. We had a letter from PCP describing she was not fit to make finicial decisions for herself. The title company was demanding we fill out an affidavit of heirship form! Which was complete and utter s***. Our mom bought the house 20 years prior as a single woman and went to lawyer's office with her sons and drew up all necessary documents. We did not want to disclose information about her past husbands and family. I called Mr. Hammond and he was so professional, helpful, and completely on our side. He gave me advice and calmed me down lol. We almost didn't sell home over TNT insisting on the affidavit of heirship but ultimately went through with it providing they send in writing they will not contact any persons named in affidavit. In the world of money hungry, greedy, and corrupt corporations and individuals we thank God for people like Mr. Gammon! He is honest, straight forward, and amazing. Your parents I'm sure are very proud of you!
