I called Mr. Gammon's office to consult on a tenant situation for my mom and I could not be more impressed!! I thought I would have to schedule an appointment but I was literally transferred to him while he was in route to court!! WOW! He was so helpful and knew the law but most importantly, he shared with me what my mom's rights are as a tenant. Tonight, she and I will both be able to sleep.

Bill was amazing! I called his office and asked to talk to a real estate lawyer regarding a purchase contract. I needed legal advice ASAP because our option period ends soon. The office connected my call with Bill within minutes. Bill could sense that I was extremely anxious and he put my mind at east. He gave extremely valuable legal advice. This is one of the best experiences I ever had with a lawyer.

I called attorney Gammon and he was so quick to help me with some legal information straight away over the phone he let me know what I need to do. I am very grateful and will be calling him if I need further assistance! He already has a 4.8 rating so you know he’s gotta be good! I hope this gives him even better than a 4.8! Thanks Bill for the peace of mind with my deceased mother’s belongings!

We hired Bill to review a dispute with a home builder that was intending to keep our earnest money. After a quick review of the case, Bill made one phone call to the builder, and within 24hrs the builder offered to return our earnest money and walk away. We are truly thankful for Bill Gammon. I was referred to Mr. Gammon by another real estate attorney that did not handle my type of issues. I emailed Mr. Gammon on a Friday evening around 6PM. I was totally shocked when he called the next day! A Saturday! He spent >30 minutes talking to me and advising me on my issues. He gave me his advise on how he would handle the situation and what me legal rights where… Then he said if things get to the point that I feel I need him to get involved, to contact him again. He ended by saying he hoped he didn’t hear back from me. What a good person!
