Lack of responsiveness and follow-through in some cases
“Never returned my call, so I emailed. They apologized, and gave me some times I could reschedule for. I emailed back with a time, and asked if they would call or what number I should call. Didn't get an email until 15 min. after the time I requested to reschedule for. Very unprofessional, and obviously don't care about people's individual situations.”
