I was in an accident and, knowing Michelle Cheng personally, I knew she was the person I wanted to hire. I asked a friend in the business (but in a different city) about her, and the entirety of his advice was, "Shut up and listen to Michelle." Which, in retrospect, turned out to be a fantastic strategy. In real life, Michelle is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. As a lawyer, I gave her the nickname #BeastMode because of her tenacity. She stayed on top of the case, sending me regular updates. Frankly, I wish I could've eavesdropped on some of her conversations to hear how she did what she did. I can't (can't or won't?) get into specifics, but the outcome was far better than I anticipated. She knows how to do her job, and she's going to do her darnedest to protect your best interests.

I would not recommend. Upon submitting the online request for help and realizing their attorneys specialize precisely in the kind of problem I'm facing, the 'legal intake specialist' refused to ask any of the attorneys to assist. My request didn't even make it to any of their lawyers. It's these paralegals and 'intake specialists' that are the main ones that always get in the way. One star is way too generous. Avoid.

I’ve been a client of Chris now for close to 8 years - a combination of bad luck and a great attorney! After wrapping up my third (!!) accident recently, I can’t recommend him enough. My insurance company was supposed to be one of the best, but let me down over and over again. Chris was there to advocate for me until everything was made right. His practice did all the work - fielding calls from adjusters, preparing me for depositions and moderations, and even continuing to find me doctors when I moved out of state to TN and then GA (his team is awesome! A bunch of badass women!!!). Chris knows his stuff and hit every curve ball we threw him out of the park. Genuinely a great guy and always fun to visit. I hope to never be in another accident but if I am, Chris’s office will be my first stop.
