I am happy to highly recommend Mark Hefter. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He spent a lot of time reviewing the case materials, familiarizing himself with the technologies involved, and communicating the legal issues to me in a clear and concise manner. Mark was straightforward from the get-go about what he thought of my case which I really appreciated. He answered my calls and emails very promptly (usually same day) and always addressed my concerns thoughtfully if something unexpected came up and I needed his advice. I was always pleasantly surprised at how much time he took to speak with me and go over my concerns. From the first day I spoke with him until the day we came to a settlement, Mark was always very clear with me about what steps we were taking and what my options were.
