Working with J. Riggs at Modern Family Law during my divorce was a blessing. We never met in person but that didn't prevent us from connecting in a way that made me feel that he was looking out for my interest and not just going along the process in a cookie cutter way. They explained the steps of what to expect before and as it was taking place and really made the divorce as stress free as you can get when going through a divorce. Thank you J!

I hired J. to help me on my divorce back in February '21. He communicated with me every step of the way, answered or returned all my phone calls/emails, and made sure that everything I wanted was addressed. J. went above and beyond in helping me, and I truly believe without him, I couldn’t have been in the place that I am now. If you want an attorney that will not BS you, and be straight to the point, use him!

I worked with J. when I was getting my divorce. Not only did he get the job done, though out the whole process J. kept me informed in all area, he listened to what I wanted to get done and formed a plan to fit my needs. I went through a really rough divorce and honestly if it was not for J’s assistance I do not know how I would have been able to get my divorce complete. He was always there to answer any and all of my questions and there was never a time that I was not updated on any information pertaining to my case. If you are going through a divorce I highly recommend J to defend you.

I was having trouble in my custody battle and after trying a few different attorneys I came across J. Riggs. J. was very thoughtful and truly listened to me and my struggles.
