Jimmy and his entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions. In addition to Jimmy, I worked with Dina who was phenomenal in ensuring everything was in order and making sure that I understood exactly what the next steps were. I had a few modifications to the final decree which Jimmy provided clear advise and direction on based on his prior experience. Lastly, this case involved a child and I feel like Jimmy and Dina both did an excellent job getting to a healthy solution that both of us happily agreed with.

Jimmy offered a thorough intake process that made the rest of the divorce process smooth and easy. The office took care of everything every step of the way. The experience would have been even better with some more expectations set along the way, I never knew if I was following up too quickly, and since I am a neophyte in this area, I had no other experience to rely upon.

Kimberly House was amazing!! Kim took my emergency hearing case with less than 2 weeks before the scheduled court date, and was able to have opposing counsel settle the day before the hearing. Not only did they settle, Kim was able to get everything we were requesting related to the child in this case. Working with Evans Family Law Group was the best legal experience I've ever had. And I've had quite a few! Every staff member working in the office is excellent at their jobs. I received constant communication and guidance every step of the way. Communication is a HUGE thing for me and this office truly delivered. Roxi made sure I sent and received all necessary documents, Wendi kept me up to date with my invoices and how much retainer I had left with the firm, and Dina was my go to source of communication answering any and every question I had on top of keeping me constantly updated. I approached them with a unique issue, and from the beginning they were upfront about how they weren't sure if they would be able to accomodate my requests but would try their best. Within a matter of months, everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently while all I had to do was sit back and read emails. I never once had to make an appearance in court. I had a similar issue in the past with a previous lawyer who took twice as long as Mr. Evans did - and that was without the special requests I put on Mr. Evans this time around. I did come to the office a couple of times by choice, and the office is great as well. Free refreshments and a very friendly yet professional vibe from every staff member there. Mr. Evans himself was even nice enough to take time out of his day to come speak to me in person, and from the little time I had with him he made a great impression.
