They didn't take the time to actually read my email, just flat out sent me a cookie cutter rejection. Which really shows their "commitment". Not worth your time.

Although Michelle Cheng was always professional and responsive, I felt she could have been a lot more aggressive with our case. I feel as though she settled and gave advice based on prior cases and scenarios. Our doctor had admitted his guilt, so had she been more demanding and aggressive, we could have possibly received more.

We did get in touch with few attorneys via phone call, but Mr. Robson stood out and was our favorite. We directly talked with him on the phone for more than 30mins and were ready to sign with him. The next day we met with him. Even though we didn’t mutually agree and sign, Mr.Robson spent almost 2 hours with us and provided valuable advice to help us with the case. This tells me a lot about him as a person and how helpful he would be if we were to sign with him. I 100% recommend him to everybody.

I would highly recommend Michelle Cheng at National Trial Law if you are in need of a medical malpractice or personal injury attorney. My elderly Mother (78) had a fall at a rehab facility that resulted in serious injuries that left a long term effect on her mobility. Michelle and her team set our expectations up front and guided us through the process, always available to answer any question we had. This process took time and Michelle always kept us up to date on the progress. She accommodated my Mom's schedule for meetings and had great patience with her throughout. Her negotiation skills during mediation were exceptional and we were very happy with the outcome. She made a very difficult process easy for us. Thank you Michelle

First of all I'm sorry that you are here, this process is really difficult, but if you've found Melissa its about to get easier. Melissa is a really great family attorney. I hired her for my divorce last year and without getting too into it, Melissa was an incredible partner and I'd recommend her to anyone who needed help. She is a good listener, very strategic and calm. My impression after working with her for 9 months is that she may know Texas family law better than anyone (in my limited experience interviewing 3 lawyers and watching her work opposite 2). Chris and his team were amazing and easy to work with. Before asking for representation the insurance of the other driver only wanted to pay $1000. I declined and asked Chris to take my case which I am glad he did. I was referred to him by a friend. He was able to do everything he set out to do and I couldn’t be anymore grateful for him, Eloise & Maggie.
