We needed to update our wills and other estate documents. We were easily able to book an appointment and met with Mike for our initial meeting. Mike took the time to go over all considerations for our estate, powers of attorney, and medical directives. We followed up with Stephanie Long, who drafted new and updated documents. She took the time to review all of her drafts and amend as necessary. Several days later Stephanie had the final drafts ready for signing. To say this process was organized and efficient doesn't do justice. Stephanie had all of the forms laid out ready to look over and sign, and Melissa the staff notary was also present. All documents were signed, witnessed and notarized on the spot. We were presented with a beautifully organized binder containing all our executed documents, guides and FAQs. The whole process from initial meeting to the execution of all documents and delivery of completed documents took just over a week. Kudos to Mike, Stephanie, et al. It doesn't get better than that!

Very well organized and streamlined

My husband and I knew it was past time to set up a trust. Where to start? After seeing several recommendations for Mike Massey Law, we decided to call them. That one call was all it took to get us started. Stephanie Long led us through the process and quickly got answers to a unique situation for us. The first few meetings were held over Zoom. We only went to their office to sign the final papers. The whole process was professional, efficient and reasonably priced. We feel good to have these important documents completed.

Updating my will was a project I had postponed for years and to make the situation even more complicated, I was advised by friends to use a trust instead. Mike Massey explained the concepts and processes very clearly and also gave me ample documentation as a backup. Within a few days, I received the required Trust documents and instructions and an appointment to review and sign. Months later, I wanted to make some amendments and had an instructive Estate Planning Meeting with Stephanie Long online which was followed up by an office visit to discuss, review and sign the new version; there were also witnesses present to add their signatures. I was impressed not only by the knowledge of wills, trusts, and the Texas laws which enabled Mike Massey and Stephanie Long to answer my wide-ranging questions; also, by their patience and friendliness, and especially their detailed knowledge of my situation. For these reasons, I have complete confidence in their competence, availability, and understanding and wholeheartedly recommend their legal services.

Our experience with Mike Massey's law firm was wonderful. We wanted to create a living trust and they were very helpful. Stephanie Long walked us through the process. She was great at explaining what a living trust was and exactly everything we needed to complete the process. We did all our meetings virtual until the day of signing. She was always prompt with her responses to our questions. The signing process was very easy she had all the documents spread out so we just walked around and signed all the forms. We are a LGBTQ family and I felt comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend this firm to anyone who is looking at setting up a living trust or any other legal documents. The office is easy to get to close to South and Central Austin.
