I spoke with this attorney earlier today. I didn’t get the chance to retain her due to being booked and it’s a bummer! she’s incredibly kind and responsive I would’ve loved her to represent me. She was willing to take time out of her day to give me a list of people in my county that would help me and are familiar with my court. This, I found incredibly sweet of her given many attorneys expect to be paid for their time and won’t even take a call themselves. So, therefore I’m writing this review because I believe goodness does not go unrecognized. It’s been a very stressful process these past few weeks I’ve been looking for representation and a new apartment. Just to have one good act of kindness proved not everything in this world is all bad. My name is Donna Maria, I was involved with a personal injury incident where an object fell on me at a store while I was there. I have neck, shoulder, and back injuries and I need to have surgery on my neck and back so I still need medical treatment now. I had two lawyers reject my case while contradicting my claim for the incident and the withdrawal of my case from their firm, Fortunately Chris Robson and Eloise Gardenas at Robson Law Firm was able to review my case with the insurance company and file a claim for my injuries. The Robson Firm, Chris handled all the paperwork and doctor bills and they negotiated with the insurance company even though the insurance company made the claim more difficult to handle and settle the case with future allowance for my neck and back surgery and medical treatment. Chris was so consistent with my case that the insurance company arranged for a mediation with Chris Robson and I. Chris was so respectful with my case at the mediation that the insurance company was able to settle my claim with enough money to pay for my medical bills along with compensation for my neck and back surgery in the future.

I just have to say that Robson Law Firm is the best! I was hit from the back while at an intersection. Chris made sure that I got all my medical needs met, from Chiropractic services, pain management and as last resort, spinal fusion surgery and last but not least, physical therapy. Everybody in the office is super nice and helpful, every time I called the phone was answered and they always helped with my questions. I am very grateful for their help because not only do I feel better, but also because all my medical bills were paid and I don’t have to worry about them in the future.
