On January 27, 2023, I was involved in a car accident with a semi-trailer truck on IH-35 Northbound between Austin and Pflugerville. I sustained multiple injuries, including neck, lower back, knee, and head injuries. After consulting many law firms in the Austin area, I hired FVF Law to represent me throughout the process. Hope Guardia was assigned to my case, and from day one, she was excellent. I explained my side of the story to her, and she told me that she believed I had a case. She immediately started gathering all the evidence about the accident and started handling the negotiations and claim process with the insurance company. I was informed every step of the way. Hope would email or call me every time she communicated with the opposing council, and she would also follow up with me after every doctor’s appointment to check on me. She was caring and valued my case. Hope Guardia and Mark Farris were knowledgeable and had much experience in accident law and settlement procedures. The case took over 21 months before the settlement was reached because the insurance company was dragging the case. The opposing council kept rejecting every demand that was made by my lawyer until Mark Farris came on board to assist Hope with the case. Mark pushed the insurance company to settle the case or go to court. The first time I spoke to Mark, he assured me that he was going to be very aggressive with the opposing council, and he kept his word. Because of my injuries and all my medical bills, he insisted that the insurance company pay the full policy. Moreover, we ended up going to mediation, and the final settlement amount was very close to our demand. I think the settlement was fair given the circumstances. All my medical bills have been paid, and I have put some money aside for future medical bills as well. I hope what happened to me that day will never happen again to me or any of my family members. However, if I ever need an injury lawyer, I will definitely hire FVF Law Firm, especially Hope Guardia and Mark Farris. These two lawyers made me feel like a family member. For that, I am grateful for what an excellent job they did. Thank you, Hope, Mark, and FVF Law, for everything you did to help me get the best settlement in my case. Y’all are forever my lawyers!

Nikki’s expertise in family law is unparalleled. Although I have never formally retained Mrs. Maples, she has been by my side to collaborate whenever I have needed her. Nikki and her firms communication's skills are excellent, and truth be told, hard to find these days. Everyone here is responsive (consistently) and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with a complex divorce case for way too long but, Nikki has truly helped me with sound advise and reassurance. She also cares about my overall wellbeing and what is best for me and my family.. and if you don’t think this is important… think again. she will not steer you in the wrong direction and will always have options for you, even if they are not favorable, and transparency can be uncommon in this type of law.
