Full disclosure. I have a family member that works with FVF. I have also been in the industry for a long time so I have dealt with many personal injury law firms in the past. FVF demonstrates a commitment to the client experience well beyond what I have seen with other law firms. So when I was injured in an auto accident I turned to FVF for help. I was able to receive the care I needed and Robert House was able to deliver the resolution to my case that I was looking for. I recommend FVF to anyone who needs help with their case. You won’t be disappointed.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! I have had to deal with lawyers in the past and it has never been a great experience, they always seem to care more about their bottom line than you. THIS IS NOT THE CASE AT FVF LAW! Every single person I met and interacted with was not only down to earth and relatable, but their biggest concern was making sure that I was OK financially, physically, and emotionally. Their policy of never taking more money than the client gets is something I think all firms should adopt. If I came out of the whole thing with $2, they would walk with 50 cents, thats the kind of firm they run. I have to say also specifically working with Shawn and Kayla was an absolute treat, they were both extremely patient and Shawn literally spent hours on the phone with me explaining things and answering my questions to my complete satisfaction, which, trust me, is not easy to do. I dont know what else to say other than USE FVF LAW! They are by far the best of the best in Austin.

FVF Law was great to work with. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful. They handled my husband's case (car accident - his truck was totaled and he had lots of medical bills). FVR handled all the details between two different insurance companies and got us a very fair settlement. We highly recommend FVF for personal injury law!

She was knowedgeable in the law and in every step of the process, skilled in the most efficient way to get through the paperwork and requirements of both insurance companies. I was updated regularly and my questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. It can be a long process and she was able to describe what was happening and why. In a firm this size I knew that the partners would be aware of my case and monitor the settlement. Having seen how in large firms clients are always dealt with at the lowest level possible based on the potential yield, I had no desire to do business wit them, nor with the attorneys who advertise on television. having my case handled by FVF allowed me to focus on getting well and getting back to work, I knew I was in good hands. I would work with them again and will be happy to recommend them. Professional, courteous, well-organized, I was happy while we worked together and happy with the outcome.
