Bruce Kingsley (the gentlemen that initially interviewed me) was very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about my case. He expedited my file over to a para-legal (Laura Ramos) who provided expert legal advice quickly. It was the very next day that I was on the phone with an attorney (Frank King) who listened intently and developed a game-plan to help me with my case. Mr. Bertolino contacted me soon afterwards to introduce himself and to assure me that they would work towards processing my case in a timely fashion. Now I felt very well taken care of, but where they really shined bright was how diligent they were in handling everything for me with the Texas Department of Insurance. I can't say enough great things about Tony and his amzing staff. I have a lot of experience working with attorneys and I have found many weaknesses in them that I have not found in Tony. He handled my divorce and I loved how he picked apart my ex-wife's case. Tony was even able to get one of my wife's witnesses to admit that he was lying on the stand. He was so aggressive. It was also amazing to watch Tony 's presence in the courtroom.
