I met with an accident and faced a whiplash injury, FVF Law firm was very professional starting from the beginning of my case to the end in every stage of the process. The best part is they handled everything so that I can focus on my recovery. The team is awesome the people are so kind. I really appreciate they worked hard on getting me what I deserved. FVF is a great law firm and one of the best in the Austin area. I was involved in a car accident in which my sedan got totaled. The individuals in the other vehicle tried to originally pin the accident on me, however there were multiple witnesses that stopped to provide accurate information to the responding officers and they were then cited and admitted guilt. Mark Farris and the team at FVF took care of the rest. This was my first major accident that I was involved in over 10 years of driving and was a huge burden with the medical visits/bills that kept coming my way, but Mark was able to resolve the case and saved me a great amount of time and stress in dealing with everything. They have a highly experienced team along with great support staff with superior customer service that you can't find and get with smaller law firms/offices. Not all lawyers are equal after seeing the other party's rookie lawyer crumble and do a terrible job at representing her client. I'm very fortunate and really appreciated having Mark Farris on our side of the table. Having the best counsel represent you is paramount and Mark and FVF are the ones who will get it done. Highly recommend!

I was injured in an automobile accident in April of 2016. I hurt my neck and upper body. After a couple of days I was persuaded to seek the advice of an attorney. After checking Yelp, AVVO, and Super Lawyer, I called Josh Fogelman. From the very beginning, Josh was genuinely concerned about my health, and my health was first and foremost throughout. After looking over some initial physicians’ reports, he determined I had a legitimate personal injury case. Every time I had a question, I emailed him and got a response immediately. After about a year he referred me to an attorney in his law practice, Mark Farris. At first I was apprehensive. After I had a face to face meeting with Mark, I was completely reassured. I could tell that Mark had read my entire file. After our meeting, I knew that my case was in expert hands and that I really did have their entire team on my side. He made a few suggestions that turned out to help my case quite a bit. As Josh had done, he responded to my emails immediately. I even got emails from him late at night and on Sundays. (Go figure!) To ease my mind Josh would drop in on Mark’s and my meetings sometimes, just to reassure me that he was still involved. As things tend to happen and because of opposing counsel and the insurance company dragged their feet. This went on until February of 2019. I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Josh Fogelman’s law firm (FVF Law) for any personal injury case requiring an attorney. After my experience, I personally would request Mark Farris. I would like to give a shoutout to the wonderful staff. Every time I showed up for a meeting, they knew my name and what I was there for. Samantha, Caitlyn and Kayla are the only names that come to mind at present, but everyone deserves credit.

My experience with FVF Law firm has been awesome, right from the start. My case was regarding a car accident, albeit not a huge accident - so I worried FVF would not be compelled to take it on. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the amazing team at Maples Jones. They are brilliant, kind lawyers with an abundance of integrity. If all lawyers were like them, the world would be a better place. Unfortunately, I had to use their services twice. So I am writing a second review. I have had the pleasure of working with Meagan both times. She is thorough, honest and keeps her clients up to date. When I chose them it was because of their reputation for integrity and results. I am happy to say their reputation is well earned. I have friends who have had similar cases and didn’t get half the results that Maples Jones got me. There are a couple of things one should never compromise on such as coffee, tissue paper, a good accountant and excellent legal advice. I am very grateful for the kindness, professionalism and results that I have gotten working with Maples Jones. Side note: I also love that my attorney is a mom, she gets what my kid means to me and how everything I will ever do will be for him and his wellbeing.
