I can’t find the words to show how grateful I am to Gary Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez took my case after losing my husband and being denied death benefits. He absolutely was brilliant in his strategy for my case. The opposing attorney was left baffled and the lost for words. This win was life-changing for my future. Not only was Mr. Rodriguez absolutely brilliant and professional, but he also treated me and my daughter like we were family. If you ever need help with workers compensation go with Gary. He and his team are great at what they do. It is a really complicated and long process. They helped guide me through all the ridiculousness that is the texas workers compensation system. They are very responsive and easy to contact. They knocked it out of the park!

I give 5 stars to Gary Rodriguez because I injured in my job and I can’t keep working but the vice-president pushes me to keep working. I went to see the Dr. sending me to physical therapy. Not working , no paycheck, job let me go and almost in the street for no pay my rent twice. Gary took my case and helping me to get paid and have right treatment! Also I injured my two hands with carpal tunnel in the same job they avoid to be responsible saying it’s not related from work. I visited my Dr. took physical Theraphy.
